Products & Availability
Every piece is individually crafted and quality-checked at our London atelier. We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and lengths accurately, though variations may occur due to screen settings and the natural character of human hair. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Currency conversions shown on-site are for display purposes; the charged amount is settled in GBP at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling an order affected by such an error.
Orders & Fulfilment
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion prior to dispatch. Processing times are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. By placing an order you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, washed, cut, or styled cannot be returned. Unused, unaltered pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including imagery, copy, logos, and design — is the property of Victoria Gold Luxe and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Gold Luxe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
